LISa BARILLARO

Born in Italy and moving to Canada with her family at the age of 5, as a young girl Lisa has always had a passion for food. In 1991, Lisa gained experience by owning a family restaurant that allowed her to expand her knowledge of the industry. She had also taken a particular interest in baking where she developed her skills by taking multiple courses, including decorative techniques.


Throughout her journey, Lisa decided to expand her culinary experience by applying to and graduating from Liaison College. She had the pleasure of working alongside her mentor, Chef Felix Sano for five years. This experience allowed her to broaden her creativity, as well as her knowledge of food and dessert, leaving her with the passion and drive to start Lemon & Lime Catering. Lisa is determined and enthusiastic when it comes to food and cooking, always executing the best and leaving people exceptionally satisfied.
